  • Managed execution of strategy which has increased ICT contribution to Nigerian GDP by 13.36% in Q2 2018. 
  • Coordinated Local Content initiatives that has increased ICT local production by 230% in 2017. 
  • Overhauled IT clearance process and encouraged shared services among agencies. This has helped Federal Government saved 16Bn + NGN from IT projects.    
  • Oversaw procurement process that has reduced cost of major projects by 5 to 7% in two consecutive annual procurement.  
  • Managed project execution that has implemented 300+ IT infrastructure intervention.

Technology Architect  

  • Created Technology Architecture Repository that gives 360 view of the Bank’s IT infrastructure and easy decision on new IT investment. 
  • Executed software license rationalization which has saved 5m + USD for the Bank in license annual subscriptions. 
  • Developed IT standards for the Bank which has reduced mean time to deploy/integrate new system by 25%.    
  • Produced 7 Solution Architectures for critical IT initiatives that helped in achieving cashless society in Nigeria.

Senior Solution Architect – Lead, Technical Solution Design Team.   

  • Designed over 10 National IT systems that helped in promoting e-government deployment in Nigeria. 
  • Orchestrated solution architecture templates that reduces mean time to develop Enterprise Solution Architecture from 15 to 10 days.  
  • Designed National IP/MPLS backbone that successfully connected 500+ locations and integrated 150+ agencies in Nigeria.

  • Streamlined support services and achieved 99.98% availability at the company’s core network infrastructure.  
  • Improved operational processes which led to wining UN Public Sector Award, for e-government. 
  • Mentored 3 subordinate to earn CCIE, the most prestigious network certification in the world.

  • Deployed 50+ Fibre optics locations in Abuja that expanded the company’s metro coverage by 35%.
